Ingredients

- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise or plain Greek yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon prepared Dijon mustard
- 3/4 teaspoons maple syrup or honey (optional)
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Blend together the oil, vinegar, mayonnaise/yogurt, garlic, mustard, and maple syrup/honey until smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Notes
We recommend using organic ingredients when possible.
If looking for a thinner dressing or trying to reduce calories, add 1-2 tablespoons of water before blending.
