Mango Spinach Green Smoothie
Servings: 16 ounces
Note: For most recipes you can adjust the measures for more or less servings by hovering over the servings number and moving the slider.
- 2 cups fresh baby spinach
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 2 tablespoons hemp flax, or chia seed
- 1 cup water unsweetened coconut milk, or an unsweetened milk of your choice
- 1 teaspoon raw honey optional
We recommend organic ingredients whenever possible.
If you don't have a high-powered blender, try blending your greens and liquid together first, then adding the remainder of the ingredients.
