Mango Spinach Green Smoothie

Note: For most recipes you can adjust the measures for more or less servings by hovering over the servings number and moving the slider.


  • 2 cups fresh baby spinach
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 2 tablespoons hemp flax, or chia seed
  • 1 cup water unsweetened coconut milk, or an unsweetened milk of your choice
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey optional


  • Add all the ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until well combined.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy!


We recommend organic ingredients whenever possible.
If you don't have a high-powered blender, try blending your greens and liquid together first, then adding the remainder of the ingredients.
