Recipe: Red Wine Vinaigrette

  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup optional
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 small cloves garlic minced
  • season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper about 1/2 teaspoon each


  • In a small bowl or carafe measure out the ingredients.
  • Whisk or shake to blend. Season
  • Serve on your favorite salad.
  • Enjoy!
