Is the food we eat safe?  Andrew Hastings thought so.  But after watching several of his co-workers die, Andrew wasn’t sure of anything anymore.

At a crossroads in his life after a bitter divorce, Andrew fights to prove he can be a great father while climbing the corporate ladder.  When not busy taking care of Ethan, his eleven-year-old son, Andrew works tirelessly to launch B-Lean, International Food & Milling’s revolutionary, new weight-loss product.  However, when he tries to make sense of a colleague’s voicemail left minutes before her tragic death, Andrew uncovers a trail of corporate deceit surrounding the FDA approval of B-Lean’s proprietary ingredient.  As the death count rises, Andrew realizes he’s the latest target, and goes on the run to uncover the truth and save his family.

With an extraordinary mixture of action-filled suspense and expert information on the food industry, Bruce Bradley’s debut thriller is reminiscent of Michael Crichton’s finest work.  Wrapped in a story of corporate misdeeds that’s all too common in today’s headlines, Fat Profits makes for nonstop reading you just won’t want to put down.
